A Manhole Buddy MagTec system:is easy to store and transport - just two items; both hand-portable; fits easily in the boot of any carfast to deploy - trolley unfolds in seconds; no assembly of parts; no keyholes to be cleaned outworks on any metallic cover - suitable for covers of all shapes and sizes including most split coversis efficient and flexible - the cover unseating facility and rotating lifting hanger are key to its high productivityis fast yet safe - the operator stands well clear of the raised cover and the chamber opening; safe hands, safe feetConsider the fact that the majority of metallic covers will be lifted in less time than it usually takes to prepare the keyholes for traditional key-based lifting.At the heart of the MagTec configuration are the two magnets, the Supreme Duty and the more powerful (by 50%) Mega Duty. Neither requires external power or recharging. A simple lever with a safety interlock provides On-Off control.Either magnet can be used with either of the two lifting trolleys. The higher capacity Mega Magnet is naturally best suited to the stronger steel trolley, as this combination has the greater lifting capacity. It is important to note that when placed on the cover, the magnet becomes part of the load. The Working load Limit of the Alloy trolley is 100 kg and for the Steel trolley, 150 kg.
